Footbaths

It is strongly advised to start a wellness session with a footbath. It gives body and soul the time to slowly get into a relaxed atmosphere. Also it prepares your body for the higher temperatures to which it will get exposed.

Relaxing and physical training

A hot footbath stimulates the blood circulation, which expands the blood vessels and opens the pores. Extra effect is offered by a contrast bath in which a hot and cold footbath is altered creating a pumping activity that trains the blood vessels even more.
